    I am so disappointed. This company did a bait and switch and I ended up cancelling the order because they wanted $2,000 more! One month into the project--- financing processed, windows measured and ordered, and just awaiting notice of installation date--- they called me to say that they made a mistake and they could not do project for the agreed upon, signed contract. At that point I saw lots of red flags and did some more research on company. I discovered a F RATING from Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I saw this as a sign from God that I should NOT use this company!!!!!

    They have not done the work yet. I signed a contract for the work 3 weeks ago for x price, I received a call today saying they can't do it for that price I am now waiting on a new price. Not sure how much more they want.

    The man showed up with a WORKSHOP in a trailer and proceeded to single-handedly remove my old windows, install the new ones, and trim them out. It took him about 9.5 hours to install 14 windows, and they are awesome.

    I was impressed by how efficient the installer was. I thought there would be a team to install but it was only 1 man. He arrived at the time he was supposed to and went right to work. He was efficient and as neat as it was possible to be. If I had a question, he explained. I had 6 windows in stalled and am loving them. I would recommend Champion Windows to any one looking for new installation.
