The only disappointment was that cleanup wasn't what I would have expected. We were tracking tar in to the kitchen from the garage and driveway for several days even after we swept the driveway and walk a couple of times. However, the work and response time was very good.

they showed up the day before I went on vacation.I did'nt have time to inspect the roof before leaving. when I came back the roof still had bubbles which they told me I would'nt have any bubbles.I was told all bubbles would be cut and nailed down. Then they put down a silver coating. the coating did'nt look right cause you could still see the black underlayer of the roof,they blamed the coating on a bad batch of paint. sigh. they did come back. they cut one bubble and nailed down that little section of the roof and coated that small maybe 12"x 12" you would think they recoat the whole roof but they did'nt...thats my honest rating...
