We were having issues with our HVAC (Apartment) where there was no cold/hot air coming out of the vents. Fernando from the company came out for an assessment. First, he was prompt and reached out confirming that he was coming prior to the appointment time. He came in and made an assessment and said that because of some work done in our ceiling prior the coil was clogged. He recommended a cleaning (with chemicals). The day of he was prompt with another individual and it took them approximately 2 hours to do the job. We tried it out and it fixed our issue. Definitely recommend Fernando and the company.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Challenger Company in Roselle. After they installed my hot water heater, the manufacturer later issued a recall. When my unit suddenly stopped working, I reached out for help—only to be immediately told that it must be the recalled part, without anyone even coming out to inspect or properly diagnose the issue. That assumption alone was a major red flag. I was then told that no replacement part could be sourced until Monday because their supplier was closed—completely ignoring the fact that other plumbing supply companies like Oasis and American Supply are open on weekends. I was left without hot water and no real support. To make matters worse, instead of trying to honor the original installation or offer a reasonable solution, they attempted to upsell me a completely new unit at more than double the original cost. This, despite the fact that I hadn’t even gotten full use out of the first one they installed. This company clearly prioritizes profit over customer service or ethical responsibility. I would not recommend them to anyone. Do your homework and go with a company that stands by its work and treats people with respect.

Outstanding service. I live in a condo building, AC went down. They were fast scheduling, they provided COI needed by my HOA in no time, and they were on time and fixed it. After I paid, they answered many additional questions I had about the invoice. Highly highly recommended.

Challenger AC & Heat is truly outstanding! They were honest, professional, and clearly know what they’re doing. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, all at a very reasonable price. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and will absolutely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend if you are looking for reasonable and honest people, This guys are amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional & reasonable, My HVAC had a leakage and its very old R22 machine, i called other guys before calling them, they quoted whopping $4000 for repair or $10000 to replace the whole unit, but i was not sure if their quoted was legit, so i called this guys, want to thank George, he was really honest guy he said your machine looks completely fine it has just minor leakage which can be repaired under $200 and if you have low gas you might need to refill which costed me around $650 so my total repair cost was $850, even he said that your machine has still much life left in it. Thank god i came across these guys.
