CertaPro was so reasonable that we added another bedroom and also the exterior of the house. These guys are pros and the 2 men that came out were the best painters I have ever seen. These men were on time moved the big items of furniture around to be able to paint the rooms and were very neat and tidy. We now live in a New Home well it looks like it now anyway. Although I have never felt the need to leave a negative review on a company, I feel very strongly that any potential clients have the right to know the experience we had with Certapro. We recently moved to Aledo and needed the inside of our home painted. We had only seen the house once due to COVID, so companies were giving us quotes based on a 3D tour and dimensions of the home until we got possession of the home for a walkthrough. It came down to Certapro and another local company who offered us less. However, we had told the head painter at Certapro that we would give them an opportunity to meet the price and stuck to our word. The contact we signed quoted us $5500 for the job. The head painter decided to get almost half way through the job to tell us it was going to be more in materials then we expected due to the original color being darker than he expected (which he had obviously seen before telling his painters to begin the job). When we arrived to look at the progress one evening, all of the painters were gone but our air conditioner was set to 60 degrees ( in the middle of the summer) for what was obviously an extended amount of time. The head painter then came to the house unannounced once we had moved in to our house to talk to us about the price. I told him heâ d have to talk to my husband who had been dealing with the cost from the beginning. He instead continued to try to explain the excessive extra cost to me with ambiguous and meaningless numbers that were contradictory to all of the statements he had made. When I expressed that to him and said he needed to talk to my husband, he said my husband was â squabblingâ with him and being dishonest. He then implied that we couldnâ t afford to pay for the job..I had to ask him to leave my home and contact my husband directly. When he did contact my husband, he said I was â disrespectful and belittled himâ which was inaccurate and ludicrous, especially considering I had already asked him to talk to my husband instead which he decided not to do. Not only did they end up charging us $2,000 over our contracted amount, but they continuously called us dishonest and made many inaccurate statements along the way. They later offered to lower the price by $992 if we agreed to sign a non-disparagement stating that we could not write any reviews or speak of their company at any time INCLUDING dates that had already passed. If we did, they would charge us $10,000. Contrary to their incredibly rude and disrespectful assumption that we couldnâ t AFFORD to pay the bill, we paid them $6,992 ( $1,492 over contracted agreement) in full and refused to sign the non-disparagement agreement. We truly believe the owners of this branch are incredibly dishonest and would find any way possible to get the $10,000 from us if we signed the agreement. We are good people with good intentions and refuse to sign a legal document to prevent us from telling others about the incredibly upsetting and unsatisfactory experience we had with them while simultaneously allowing them to speak so poorly of us as clients when we agreed to pay them a reasonable amount for the extra cost for paint. Attached are photo examples that demonstrate the damage that was caused to cabinets, windows, carpets and walls due to their poor workmanship. My goal is not to slander a company, but to prevent any other person from having to go through this experience. We are just happy that we are able to move on and hire the other company to fix Certiprosâ mistakes. It is important to note that if you read reviews, specifically on Yelp, that the owner ( and also father of the head painter previously referred to) continuously blames the client in extensive and lengthy â counter reviewsâ for what appears to be ongoing customer service and ethical issues on their behalf.

Very professional crew and fantastic quality. Jeremy was a delight to work with and the customer service was superb. We will definitely use them for our future painting needs!

They were the best painters I have ever seen from the crew, who were very courteous and professional to the owners of the company, who are knowledgeable and courteous. They only use quality paint. They did a meticulous job painting the exterior of our house. We felt they were very reasonable in price too. We are very happy with the results of this painting project. We will definitely use them if we have another painting project

This company was extremely professional from start to finish! We had the estimate before Jeremy left our home in Pecan Plantation. We had four contractors bid on up-dating our kitchen, master and guest baths and repainting all wood trim through out our home. His estimate was right in the middle! Homar and Gadoy (our painters) were extremely good taking great care in preparing our home for the contracted work (and more)! We had them remove wall paper, texture and paint these rooms. As you can tell by the straight five star rating, Sue and I were very pleased with their conscientious work. The arrived on time, took only a short lunch break and no other breaks. Estimated time was eight days to finish the work and they only ran over that estimate by a half day. Would highly recommend!

The crew did a very good job. While some areas are hard to reach the paint was only on the surfaces that required paint. Very pleased with the project.

Super friendly and knowledgeable estimator. Painting was completed as scheduled (exterior house, 2 days). Looks wonderful! Do recommend CertaPro & we will be calling them again for future needed both either exterior and interior.
