Robert and Matt did a very professional from design to build , they orchestrated a beautiful kitchen remodel for me, and I was well pleased with the end product. A special shout out to the crew. Ruben, Frank and Vincent we’re hard-working and wanted to please us.

We made the best decision when we hired Cerletti & Kennedy Design Build to do our bathroom remodel. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. We had a downstairs half bath totally remodeled to a full bathroom with a walk-in curbless shower. I had in mind a certain look for this remodel and Cerletti & Kennedy Design Build listened to my ideas and we worked together to implement them. We love the fold down shower seat & under floor heating system. During this construction, they found pin holes leaks from the upstairs plumbing. We were happy they offered cost effective solution to fix that issue too. All crews were professional. Ruben, who was on the job the most, is exceptionally skilled and did a fantastic job on our new bathroom. We highly recommend.

I used Cerlettii & Kennedy for the earthquake brace and bolt program. They knew the steps to get me through the Program's processes, did the drawings and permits, and completed the Program final proof of completion. They also assisted with the paperwork to get my insurance reduced. Essentially, took care of everything but the initial application.

We hired Cerletti and Kennedy for our full kitchen remodel and deck addition. We were very happy and satisfied of the service and work they have provided. Robert and Matt are the consummate professionals and I would recommend them for their quality and excellence in the field.

We’ve had a lot of work done on our house the last 3 years: new pavers for the driveway and around the house, new pool house, painting in side and out, replaced AC & heat. Through all the work, I worked with a lot of contractors. Of all the folks I worked with, Cerletti & Kennedy is at the top of my list. The earthquake work isn’t visible like the other work done on our house but it’s definitely very important work. I feel so much better now that the earthquake work has been done. Matt, one of the partners was very helpful, informative and responsive. The workers were very friendly and polite. They cleaned up every day and did their best to work around our busy schedule. The bid was very competitive and the results were outstanding. They also did a great job with submitting information to EBB and our city inspector. I highly recommend Cerletti& Kennedy for earthquake retrofit work.

The job got finished overall I was happy with the finish project. The job was not as smooth I had hoped for. I believe my experience on construction and expectation's might have been out of touch. I would for sure let them bid on more work for me if I ever planned to do any more construction.
