They were thorough and explained everything about the process for rat proofing our house. But, most importantly, they caught the rat and now I can sleep soundly again.

He was very very thorough. He found all the holes where the rats were coming in. Set traps but non went off because they couldn't get back in the house anymore. No more signs of rats anywhere. No droppings, no scratching up in the attic. The house doesn't smell anymore. We are incredibly satisfied with this service.
