    Scheduled to arrive 9-11am, workers didn't arrive until 2pm and only worked til 3:30 that first day. I took off work and waited half the day for that. They didn't call ahead as instructed, adding to the inconvenience. The carpet is ok, with a couple seams faintly noticeable. The vinyl isn't attached very well, with quarter round covering very messy edges, which extended the work to a 3rd day. Not charging for a minor floor repair is the only reason this isn't a 1 star review. The company refused to adjust the price at all for the inconveniences, claiming that I should have just given them a house key in the first place.

    In the installation of the wood floor, they were very careful in laying out the wood grain to ensure a beautiful looking floor.

    Guys who installed vinyl planks were great did a really nice job. Their system for scheduling is bad. They don't called to cancel or confirm appointments & when I called to confirm it still wasn't right but nice people I would recommend their company
