    Do not hire this company if you are a hard-working family that can only afford a $4000 - $5000 floor. They do not care about the little customer, they evidently only care about the high-dollar job. Their work was shotty and they do not respond when you ask Dan Meyer to contact you.

    The associate I worked with Andrew was professional, reliable and knowledgeable. He never pressured me and took the time to explain the process. I couldn t be happier! He Called me after installation to make sure everything was right!

    Worked with Andrew from the Latonia Store who actually came to the house with a variety of samples of vinyl plank flooring. Once the flooring was in we worked with Max regarding installation. Installation was done by John and Uriah. We were "extremely" pleased with all aspects of this job and will definitely contact Carpets Direct for our next flooring project.

    Andrew came to provide an estimate at 7PM Rather than wait another day because I informed him I was selling my home and needed the work done ASAP. He was hungry, ambitious and gave me such a great deal I had him write it down before he left so he couldn't change his mind. I'm sure he'll get a laugh if he reeds this. The installer Ken was GREAT! I'm 63 years old. And I'll say Ken was one of the very best installers I've ever seen. Ken was polite humorous engaging knowledgeable and professional. Go with this company and you'll be happy you did.
