Great work!

Can’t recommend Caroline more highly. She had excellent and creative ideas to improve on our vision, she was responsive to my (endless) questions/feedback, and the drawings were top notch (as confirmed by multiple contractors). We made multiple modifications throughout, she provided detailed options at each stage (as well as the bimx models to see 3D). We found her rates to be quite reasonable, and an extremely good investment in our project overall.

Caroline Leyburn designed an addition to my home in Norcross, Georgia. She prepared a complete set of design drawings suitable for both building permit application and actual construction. The completed drawings were delivered ahead of the date promised and for a very reasonable price. She also provided some additional architectural services when the project moved to the actual construction phase. Overall, I am very pleased with the process and the results. Throughout the work I found Caroline to have a very good knowledge of construction methods, engineering, residential design, and applicable codes. She showed initiative in presenting alternative design features that had potential lower costs and improved appearance. She was able to identify potential problems with various alternatives in the design. Caroline was always available to discuss the work. Communications were always clear, both verbally and in writing. Answers to questions were provided promptly and completely. The working relationship has been friendly and professional. Caroline maintained appropriate client confidentiality throughout the design process. It was a pleasure to have Caroline do the design work for my project.

Caroline was and is a delight to work with, she is knowledgeable about many styles of architecture. In my case I wanted something a little outside the box, however Caroline researched 50s and 60s design and listened to all of my ideas. Caroline was an excellent architect and a pleasure to work with. She designed a beautiful front porch for me that kept the architectural style of my 1909 home and added a new level of charm. She communicated effectively throughout the project and was always open to my ideas and requests. I would hire her again with no hesitation!

The plans I asked for were very well executed. I have not yet implemented them so do not know if they are totally usable but will alter them if necessary. It was a positive experience and work was done in a timely fashion. Very professional.
