Had several trees trimmed and several removed. Matt and his crew were on time and completed the removal and trimming of the trees in my front yard by 1 PM of that day. The team was professional and senior leadership was cordial and responsive. I will be using Carolina Tree Service to complete the rest of yard project.

Carolina tree service got someone to grind my tree stumps - i sent them a picture of the stumps, they were able to give me a quote & the peope who did the work were prompt,did good work & reasonable. They cleaned up well

Came on time, but left limbs hanging in tree next to tree they cut down, which we're waiting for them to fall and hopefully not hit anyone or anything. The sidewalk was cracked where they used heavy equipment, they did not say anything about this, we had to call them back. Took about a week for them to show up to fix it, kept saying they were coming and didn't. Which made us wait all day for them and then no show. After they fixed the sidewalk and left, found they had gotten cement on the shed and shed door. They did do a very good job with the tree removal. Just make sure to check for any hanging limbs and yard damage before they leave.

This isn't true, I stayed in constant contact with this customer, even went back up there to address his concerns, he didn't come to the door, didn't return my phone calls, my associate went back up, didn't answer the door. I do tree work not concrete, I had to wait for the concrete guy to fix the concrete, that wasn't my fault. If concrete was left on the door of the shed, he should have called me I would have taken care of it. I can't take care of something I don't know about.

Value is good. Senior leadership is very cordial and responsive. Leaves you feeling they know what they're doing. I would not be comfortable with their crews working on my property without me present though. Would hire again.
