We had to have several trees trimmed per our insurance company. Roseanne helped me deal with the insurance company deadline. Matt did the work in a very timely manner.

Communicated well and stayed until the work was done.

While our palm and live oak trees were pruned, the process and results were not what I expected nor what I feel was promised. I fault the estimate and the promise of a complete job. The men had no blower, rake or other cleanup tools. I had to lend them mine. There was no supervision of their work other than mine. The description of the job was written for them on a piece of notebook paper and was not descriptive. The climber was experienced, but was somewhat in the dark about the job requirements. It is my opinion that for this company to succeed, a more professional approach must be taken.

They stayed until work was done. Because of equipment problems they took 3 days instead of 1 to complete the job even coming on Sunday to make sure all was done. They do good work and I would hire them again.
