Was very good when they started maintaining my pool, but now they are useless; my pool is green. They committed to fixing my pump more than a year ago but never started or completed the job. Lately, they are not charging for their service, but nobody is coming out to clean the pool, and they do not answer their phones or return phone calls. Their customer service is deplorable and nonexistent. Do not employ them; you will be sorry.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Mike the pool cleaner knows nothing about pool cleaning or saltwater pools. Mike was covering up the problem with the saltwater system by adding chlorine. This caused a false read on the salinity content in the pool. For 7 months covering up for his lack of knowledge about saltwater pools caused damage to my pool and saltwater system. DO NOT LET CAROLINA POOLS NEAR YOUR POOL.

Terrible customer service. Payed him money but did not show up for service. Then he trumped up charges that I had owed him money for 2 years in that past which no company would would continue to service an account if they did not get their money.
