Carlos Tree Services and Landscaping

Good and Bad. Good - Carlos was prompt and courteous in giving us a quote to remove a fallen tree from the storm. The price was not the cheapest but reasonable. I hired them cause they knew what they were doing. I singed the contract to remove the tree and grind the stump . Carlos and his crew came the next day to remove the tree. They spent a little over an hour removing the tree and cleaning up after them. Carlos said they need a special equipment and the utility needs to come mark the yard before they could remove the stump. Here asked me to make the partial payment for the tree removal , which I did. I was told that they will call the utility company right away that day and asked me to call them once the yard was marked so they can come and take care of the stump. So far so good.... The Bad - So a week passed, no calls , no emails response ( I sent them 2 ) , or no sign of the utility company to mark the yard. I called Carlos the check whats going on and he told me that he had not yet called the utility company and has been busy with "other" jobs. Obviously I was disappointed and told him not to bother coming back to do the remaining job , thinking that he will send his crew right away to take care of the stump. But on the contrary he immediately took me on the offer and said sure please go ahead and engage someone else to do the stump. When he priced to do the job he made it sound that the stump grinding is the hard part and will cost more ...so obviously he did the easy job and took the money and did not complete the remaining job. Just un-professional.

Carlos provided the work agreed upon plus other work he pointed out to me without increasing the price.

Carlos removed 3 large pine trees from my property. He was prompt, did the work quickly for a very competitive price, left the job site clean and free of debris, and then followed-up to ensure I was satisfied with his work. Great job. I expect to use Carlos for future landscaping needs.

Carlos and his team had to make sure two trees did not fall into the adjacent property or damage my wood fence or existing trees. The quarters they had to work in was very tight. They used ropes and pullys to successfully remove these trees as will as 12 others. They also removed quite a lot of yard debris. The job took 12 hours and they stuck to it to make sure it got done to my satisfaction. I would recommend Carlos and his team without hesitation...

Carlos was very prompt to respond to my inquiry and set up a time to view the project. He provided a very reasonable cost, better than expected. Carlos and an assistant arrived on time to remove the two small trees, they were efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company.

Very reasonable , also was able to price match. I had a pine tree over 40 feet in height. Carlos and his crew came while I was at work and was done before I got home. Highly recommended...  great company great crew

I used the company to remove a big dead tree in the backyard. His quote was the cheapest among 5 companies but the quality of the job was superb! I highly recommend Carlos and his team. They were on time, very professional, and cleaned up everything before they left.
