Carey the Carpet Cleaner

I had a carpet emergency where some movers left significant stains that my usual steam cleaner couldn’t get out. He was the only one who responded in a timely manner, which was important bc we had just sold our house and couldn’t leave a dirty carpet to the new owners. He said he couldn’t promise it would work but he would try and came the next day, stopping along the way to buy an extra strength stain remover just in case. Well, long story short he needed that super stain remover and scrubbed on his hands and knees for quite awhile to get it out since the regular cleaning didn’t work. The stains were very stubborn (he thinks it was tar or something) and I really didn’t think he could do it but he got like 90% of it out which was a miracle. Highly recommended, he went above and beyond.

Cary the cleaner did an excellent job on some very dirty stairwell carpet. There was some difficulty when he showed up unannounced a day early to our agreed upon time. Ultimately we worked things out and he apologized for arriving on the wrong day

Carey did an excellent work cleaning the carpet. He was reachable and polite and very professional. He took the time to explain all the process to me. I would definitely hire his services again and recommend to anybody that needs a great quality cleaning.

He cleaned the cream colored carpet in 2 bedrooms and 2 rugs in a hallway and family room. All four areas were cleaned perfectly. The family room rug gets heavy use and was really dirty but it looks (and smells) great. This is the second time that Carey has cleaned the carpets and I will hire him again.

Carey was able to respond quickly and completed a deep cleaning of all stairs within 1 day. The shampoo scrub effort removed all coffee spills and our heavy traffic pattern. Carey went above and beyond to help! Carey is highly recommended!

Carey did an amazing job cleaning our furniture. He was thorough and addressed my concerns. He is very outgoing and all around great person to work with. I would hire him again.

Carey finished the job he promised?.the cleanest carpet anywhere, removing all spots by using muscle and machine. He removed pet stains and visible traffic patterns effectively. We now have a supplier we can count on!

He was not great He talked to much The carpet he was cleaning is still dirty and I spent to much money for this awful job. I think I am sorry I should have realized he was not the best when he first came here Respectfully Ellen Gossage
