I first connected with CARES about three years ago and was very impressed with the initial work they performed. At that time, I gave them a 5-star review and referred them to others because their installation quality was excellent. Unfortunately, communication and follow-through have become ongoing issues. After the initial service, I prepaid for their annual maintenance plan. However, despite repeated attempts, I was unable to reach anyone to schedule the required check-ups. I eventually encountered Jake at my neighbor?s home and explained that I had been trying to contact the company for months. While we were standing next to his truck, he acknowledged the issue, admitted he had no explanation for the lack of response, and scheduled an appointment on the spot. I appreciated that ? but the problems continued. In the days leading up to the appointment, I attempted to contact them again to confirm ? both a day or two beforehand and again the morning of ? and once again, I was unable

Jake took amazing care of our AC issues! Another company had overcharged and wrecked our system, Jake quickly identified and fixed problems and we got immediate relief! He explained things clearly, and gave us great tips for saving money and timing our repairs the most efficient way. He is super professional, and kind and personable. Jona is also amazing! Timely, knowledgeable…lifesavers! We won’t be using anyone else!

They gave a fair price for the work performed and it was better than two other quotes. They have now also performed inspections on other units we own the the level of detail was amazing. Jake has serviced not only our home AC but also my place of work. He is the ONLY guy we trust to handle our AC units. He is quick, honest and super knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend Jake to everyone!

Jake was top notch and awesome from the second we called. Our AC wasnâ t cooling and with a baby we needed it to be repaired right away. Our warranty company couldnâ t schedule us in for 2 days and other companies werenâ t answering their phones or willing to fit us in as quickly as he did. He was fast and very professional. Iâ ll always refer them and will only be using Cares Home Services in the future.

Got 7 different Bids for a brand new HVAC system. Jake from Cares was the most knowledgeable and was able to beat to large companies pricing. Overall Extremely happy. Highly Recommend.
