I like that Mr Callahan explain in detail all questions that I ask of him. He explained to me a woman, so that even I could understand. We woke up and found no water in the house. Called and they had a person and all equipment to my home within several hours. Problem was identified and work was completed the same day. I thought cost was fair for responce time, but high for some additions that were needed to improve the overall quality of the job.
