The service provided by (Callahan Well Drilling INC) was excellent. First of all the Technician (Dan Callahan) was he on time. I told Mr. Callahan the trouble I was having; also informed him it has existed for at least 3 years! When I told Dan the problem he said, I will check a couple of things and let you know what the problem is, and that he did. The problem was found less then 30 min. If we have another problem with our water, Callahan Well Drilling is at the top of our list for service. I would request Dan Callahan again, but if he is unavailable just send a technician who skills are equal to Mr. Callahan or better. It was only one person but thats all was needed for the job. First they were the only company to answer their phone ( @ 3:45 friday afternoon). They called me w/ further info twice friday evening and showed up and were working by 8:05 saturday morning. Problem fixed and gave us suggestions as to how to put less pressure on the pump for the future. Hope I don't have to but would call again. Also the other company ( from Service Master) that I LMOM was Jersey Shore they finally called me back, monday morning.

i was not sue what my problem was, but after talking to them on the phone, a rep was at my house within an hour. After evaluating the system and determining the problem was not my well or the well pump, he politely and comprehensively explained what needed to be done and what caised my problem to begin with. The work performed was very neat, clean and simple and was followed with a thorough explanation of the changes.

Mr. Callahna arrived promptly and was very professional. He evaluated my current equipment and did what was needed to improve my well water.

We were very happy with Dan's service. We called for an annual maintenance on our well pump filter and he quickly identified a cracked valve and bubble on our tank. He was able to fix both immediately. He was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain what was wrong and answer all of my questions. We will definitely be calling him again if needed. We will also be recommending him to our neighbors.
