I spent three weeks getting estimates from 10 different companies. It was very confusing because they all had widely different estimates. Only two of them actually went onto the roof to inspect it. California Roof Experts not only did a thorough roof inspection, they showed me Pictures of everything that they found. I am really impressed with the quality of their work. They are very professional and easy to work with. It's really hard to find good companies these days. I highly recommend this one. Great work. Great price. And, really great people. I'm having them check my mom's roof next.

I spoke with Arturo and he was the one who came and did the work. He was/is amazing. He explained what needed to be done to repair my roof. Gave me a price and set up when heâ d be at my home. He was there exactly on time. I showed him where I thought the damage was and he got right to work. When he was done he sent me pictures of all the repairs he made to make my roof whole again. It was a â smallâ job for him but he made me feel it was just as important as any big job would be. He explained what he did and that I have no worries on my roof now. He cleaned up and was gone. Iâ m so very grateful to Arturo. I have business cards that I will hand out to my friends if they need any roofing repairs. California Roof Experts are exactly that. Five Star - actually five billion is more like it!

I hired California Roof Experts to replace the paper under my roofing tiles where I had leaks above my kitchen. I had two other bids, but Diego did the most thorough job of pointing out potential problems on the roof, and was very reasonable, so I went with his company. At the last minute I found out that the solar people removed all the solar panels on the back side of my house, not just the part where the leak was. I called and spoke to Arturo, who rearranged their schedule to fix that half of the roof. Every time I called, he was very good about returning my calls and answering my questions. On the first day, they noticed that the solar screens over my skylights were ripped. I futilely ran all over trying to find someone who could replace the screen, and while I was doing that, Arturo called all over also trying to find someone who would replace them that day, so they could reinstall the screens. WHO DOES THAT? One of the places that I had gone to called me back after talking to Arturo and arranged for someone to replace the screens the next morning, so the workers were able to put the new screens on the second day. That was going over and above what was expected and was very good customer service. At the end of the first day, they swept and cleaned up, even though they would make more mess the next day. So many companies these days just leave the mess and add to it the next day. These people did not. When they were all finished the second day, they cleaned everything up nicely before they left. Afterwards, I had a great deal of trouble with the solar company, and Arturo was extremely helpful in understanding what the solar company did. I recommend California Roof Experts to anyone who needs work done on their roof, and when the other half of my roof needs care, I will call them again. They do good quality work. They take pride in their work and strive to do the job right the first time, so everyone is satisfied.
