Ryan Cahill walked around our home and advised that the condition of our brick/mortar appeared generally sound, except for several areas (less than 1%) that needed grind-out and repair. He identified additional issues we had not seen, which could also be addressed. He assured us that his crew leader could closely match the shade of our "aged-out" Light Buff mortar. The Cahill craftsmen arrived early on the promised day. Jose, the crew leader, was very professional and responsive to our concerns. They put down tarps to catch grinding debris & mortar. The crew worked non-stop and each knew their work. They nicely cleaned up after the job was done. All in all, well done. We are indeed satisfied, and highly recommend Cahill Building and Roofing Inc. I hired them to fix a leak in a dormer which includes a skylight. Well I still have a leak in the same area. I literally had water raining in my house n the 1st level (coming through a light fixture). I have called multiple times and I cannot get them to come out and fix it. I have been promised service and then it doesn't happen. I am extremely dissatisfied.

They did a great job with the tuckpointing. They were very professional and did not leave a mess. I have seen many contractors do neighbors homes and leave a mess. I was very pleased.

When I went on home advisor this business was the first to respond to my need. Raccoons in a hole in my roof and they came over and gave me a very quick fare estimate and had to work done within 3 days. They even found shingles to match what was on my roof though my shingles are over 20 years old. Professional work I was very pleased with the outcome and I would hire them in a second and I have no problem referring them to anyone else

Cahill was the fifth contractor I received a quote and inspection from. At first, I was unsure if I only needed my chimney tuck pointed, a few bricks replaced and my top crown fixed? The other four contractors told me I needed to rebuild my chimney. Quotes ranged from $2,800-$12,313, all contractors were recommended by Home Advisor. Cahill was the only company that gave me addresses of other houses they worked on in my area within the last few years, so I drove by a few houses to see their work. All of the houses looked great! They gave me a great price, with complete honesty. So glad I chose them for my chimney project! I’m going to have them inspect my roof as well. My chimney is beautiful and they matched the original colors to a tee. Great job, thank you!
