I had a nice simple job that I had been struggling with for weeks. They showed up (on time, actually early) & had it fixed quickly. I felt like it was a bit expensive at first, but there were a few things that I was paying for besides parts & labor: getting it done right, quality parts (I had bought a cheap part & that was going poorly), and experience that only comes with seeing the same problem hundreds of times. They answered all of my questions, cleaned up the area & were polite/respectful. Thank you!

Plumbing Pros was the first company to contact me and had an availability first thing in the morning for a free consultation. As you know, plumbing is an urgent issue so I appreciate they were able to get out there quickly and truthfully provide me a good consultation without trying to sell me something I didn't need at the time just to make another buck. The previous plumber said I needed a new water heater and was going to be over 3 times as much as I paid Plumbing Pros to replace a part. Thankfully my gut told me to get a 2nd opinion and it worked out for the better. They quickly replaced the wiring in my water heater and got the hot water back on asap for my tenants. Thank you!
