My problem was not simpler too diagnose, but Electric Pros' technician kept after the diagnostic process to finally figure out the problem and fix it. Great work!

$215 to flip a GFI switch and fix one recessed light fixture seemed VERY high to me

Late arrival for my appointment time; however, Technician was courteous and apologetic. Installed new switches and re-routed wiring to pool timers. Over all very pleased with the work, but I thought it was a bit pricey. Would utilize company again if needed.

It was a relatively simple thing that they quoted the job at an half hour. It ended up being 2 hours that I was billed for that included time where he wasn't doing anything while I was out shopping for the supplies. I was told in advance that I would be getting a discount because I had some of the supplies and that was a benefit.

I would absolutely recommend Electric Pros. I had electrical outlets and lights installed in my garage and I felt like they did a great job. I gave four stars on work quality because the technician had to abandon the idea of running wires through my walls in favor of running wires through external conduit which left a hole in my wall that was covered up by an outlet box. Not a big deal to me but it might be a big deal to someone else. Lastly, the technician was courteous, professional, and explained how he intended to meet my project requirements.
