Professional and responsive to tight timeline.

First photo was taken after the second day finished. Second & third photo is after the final coat work was all done. Three days work and two more days for cure. I met Joe after my new home closing. Joe explained all the process and estimated was the same as he gave me thru emails. He didn’t charge more for little extras works that was needed. Joe is very kind, reliable and honest person. What he say and promises , you will get the results more than you expected. Wish I have another chance to work with Joe again. Thank you, Joe!!! 🙏

I have NO complaints! Joe and Robert arrived on schedule each day, explaining what the day would entail, and got busy. There was never any question in our minds about the process or the finished product. They epoxy'd our large garage and beautified my patio floor area. I asked them for recommendations on the patio floor, and they exceeded my expectations. They are both very skilled, professional and punctual! I would recommend them to everyone (and I have!).

Terrible. The provider said the floors were prepped well and he also grinded minimally on them to fix any additional leveling. He also had us contracted to pay 50% up front and the final 50% after completion. When he arrived to get the first payment he made a big issue of not wanting to do the job unless we paid 100% up front. With the urgency of the job needing to be completed, we decided to pay him in hopes of it getting completed to our liking; however, the job ended up being very disappointing. The prep was not even close to being completed for a job to be started, so any professional should know not to begin work until ready. There was a primer coat applied that was way too thin, and not what was advised to put down. Then he put a coat of an epoxy the next day he came back and it didn t cover the primer as it was supposed to do. It looked very poorly applied and unprofessional. After he finished he didn t speak with the owners or go over the job to consider their opinion on how the job was completed, or give an opportunity for any additional steps needed to make the job better to their liking. He instead didn t contact us at all and I had to contact him to tell him the job was completely botched. He said he couldn t give any refunds but he could come back and do an additional coat for $700 more, which was ridiculous considering the job wasn t completed in the first place. There was no top cot even put on it which the contract called for. Overall, the job was just very unprofessional and rushed.

Brian and Joe were awesome to work with. They completed my resurfacing in a timely manner and the cost of the work fit perfectly in our budget. I would certainly work with them again, and I would recommend Concrete CTI of Georgia to anyone seeking to have their driveway, walkway or Patio resurfaced.

I was initially having a bad experience with this company because I did experience some serious chipping in the concrete they installed for me. I felt they were too slow in working to resolve these issues, and so, this review was originally quite critical. Well, Joe of CTI did contact me immediately after my review, set a timeline to return within two weeks, did the repair earlier today, and the repair looks wonderful. I have also been assured that, if there are any further issues, I can contact him personally. I am now very satisfied with CTI.

I cannot recommend CTI of Georgia enough. Brian and Joe were fabulous - quick to respond and follow up on the quote which we found to be fair. They showed up to complete the project as scheduled, on time and finished when expected. Joe, the owner, makes a point to start every project personally and follow it through to the customerâ s satisfaction - definitely a level of customer service that is lacking most places. We are very happy with our concrete refinishing.

Joe and his team resurfaced our existing patio around the pool and a walkway through the backyard. They did an excellent job! They delivered on time, depsite temps reaching well about 95. The team was professional, courteous and the final result looks great!

The company does not honor its warranty, has shoddy workmanship, and is completely unprofessional. BEWARE. If you want to throw your money away, this is the company to hire. They performed work for me in multiple areas, and each area has to be completely redone. They failed to show up when scheduled, failed to finish the job, lied, and should never be engaged.
