"I contacted Alpha Home Services as I needed someone to replace the exterior wood window trim on a couple of windows and the trim around my back door. Sergio came over right away, took pictures, and sent me a quote. The work he did was nothing short of exceptional. The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently and the new trim looks wonderful. What really impressed me is how Sergio went above and beyond the scope of this repair job. First, as he was removing the window screens he noticed that the screens were a bit tight so he adjusted the window to make it easier to put them on and take them off again, if necessary. Also, one of the window shutters had fallen off and Sergio noticed this. I had it in the garage so he reattached it to the house for me. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work that was done. For future projects, I will keep Alpha Home Services on my speed dial. They are professional, friendly, and efficient. The repairs are excellent!"

My husband is super specific and detailed and he has done everything from hang swings, garage doors, hung all my tvs and did the electrical and the wiring in my gym and all. He did a fabulous bedroom for my daughter with the selfie Hollywood mirror and my entire from yard landscaping, complete with a fountain and all. He did all the shopping to get the best price on plants and the hardware. "We were 100% happy with Southern Magnolia Construction and they did a beautiful job on our house. They were very conscientious about every little thing, down to the last finishes. Bradley made us feel very comfortable and if there was anything we wanted to change we can go to him and he will get the job done the way we want it. We were very pleased with his work. We would highly recommend him to anyone and have already done so to several of our friends. He took down an old sunroom and built another that is larger with lots more windows with vaulted ceilings. It looks awesome. We had new kitchen island and new countertops put in. We changed where our bathroom was downstairs and moved it to different location. "We first hired Ruben to complete a tile job in a shower that had material damage to the existing floor tiles. Ruben to great care to protect the surrounding areas and ensure the quality of the work was the highest possible. He was meticulous to ensure everything was properly sealed and restored. He communicated at every phase of the project so we could work together when he ran into anything unexpected or for us to review progress. It has been a few months since the project was completed and it looks well and we know the quality of his work is better than the original because everything drains well and dries quickly. Based on this experience, we did decide to hire Ruben for another home project and will surely do so again in the future. He even rebuilt the corner bench, which was a change from the original project plan once we discovered it was not stable due to poor workmanship and materials used during the original build."
