CRT Remodeling

Manny (Manuel) of CRT Remodeling did an amazing job working on all of the interior finishes for my backyard ADU guest house. He did it all, including hardwood floors, staircase railings, kitchen cabinets, kitchen backsplash, bathroom tiles and fixtures, custom faux beams on vaulted ceiling, window and door casings (trim), custom closet doors under staircase, painting, staining, and more. He even took on some demolition work, installing insulation when other contractors where unavailable, outside trenching, and some plumbing tasks. He is a highly skilled finished carpenter by trade, but he is a jack of all. And, his cost is the best you'll find. High quality. If he doesn't do it right to satisfaction, he'll take it apart and redo at no cost to you (and with no arguing involved). Manny is based in Utah, but he travels to the Bay Area for remodeling and new construction jobs, including bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, floor installs, and finished carpentry. He was actually here during March of 2020 when the pandemic lockdowns went into effect. Unbelievably, he was able to keep my project moving when the rest of the world seemed to shut down overnight. He did this while he was stuck here during travel bans away from his own family and worried to death about their safety and medical conditions.
