"Bill was exceptionally quick in making initial contact after initiating the Home Advisor search and request to do some exterior siding and cosmetic work on the house. He and his crew were prompt, courteous and had a good eye for detail. All were very knowledgeable, explained things well and accommodating to questions and scope of work, which in this case was to fix several problem areas with the exterior siding and all of the fake shutters that needed to be re-secured due to wind/weather and general aging. As well they did some cleaning and repainting of certain problem areas on the front such as the porch and garage areas. I'm very pleased with their work, the result and B&G as a whole and plan to do business with them again in the spring in continuation of the exterior rehab project as well as maybe some interior work that could be done as well."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"
