CK Outdoor Creations, LLC offered to restore a 14? x 24? room in our home that sustained flood damage (They did not repair a deck). This company presented themselves as also specializing in indoor renovation projects. The workmanship was deficient, sloppy and unprofessional. Permits were never pulled, code violations were made and concrete dust from sanding the concrete floor was never contained. Consequently, concrete dust spread throughout the entire house. In addition, they ordered and installed the wrong window! We now must pay for professional house and duct cleaning services (over $8,000.00 in estimates). During all this, CK demanded partial payments before project completion. We paid them around $$7,800.00 before realizing they had no business taking on this project. After firing them, I emailed them a certified letter documenting the total amount owed for damages. This letter was our invitation to make things right and avoid further escalation. They refused. BUYER BEWARE.

After three other contractors wasted my time two disappeared after seeing the job and one never even showed up after making an appointment. I was ready to give up. Then I found CK Outdoor Creations LLC and everything changed. Chris showed up on time, gave a fair estimate communicated clearly the entire project and delivered excellent craftsmanship on a porch/deck repair that others said could not be done. Reliable professional skilled everything you can hope for when faced with what seemed to be an impossible fix. We will absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to neighbors and friends. CK and Chris did my second floor deck replacement that was rotted all through. He was prompt showing up and gave us an above fair estimate compared to the other quotes we got. He and his team set to work and helped me by filing all permits and designs with the township and HOA. They worked fast and were extremely focused on the details. I could tell CK was a company of integrity and even built it more sturdy than what was required by the township. Little extras, like joist tape and framing promise to make my deck last long beyond its expected lifetime. I had an issue with one board after it curled and Chris came back right away and replaced it free of charge I would highly reccomend CK outdoor creations for decks, and I have referred him to many with how beautiful his work on decks and patios work. 10 out of 10 would reccomend
