    Robert came out when promised, within 2 days of contacting him. He quickly figured out the problem and explained what was needed to fix it. Since it required only the installation of a simple part, readily available, he showed us how to order the part and install it, saving us money by avoiding an additional service call. He also gave us helpful tips on getting the best performance out of the dishwasher. He was very professional and pleasant. Would use him again for sure.

    They responded same day. The service man Robert was knowledgeable, honest, friendly and the cost to repair our refrigerator was more than reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

    I had a washer not draining and contacted Home advisor. CJ's Statewide Appliance contacted me within an hour. The next day my washer was fixed. It was done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. Thank you for your assistance.

    Charged us to diagnose a problem. Had us order a part for the fridge which was not the problem since he incorrectly diagnose the problem. Told us he wont charge us the second time but lied and charged us again as he wouldn?t leave until he is paid. Fridge still did not work and he charged us again for his incorrect diagnosis. Then he called back and said he was going to come back and test with another item but never came. Now its junk since we are already out $300. Low rating for breaking his promise and incorrect diagnosis both times

    NOT TRUE CUSTOMER... wanted to order their own part, because I told them it was going too take a while for part to come in, and it did take about 2 and half months as I said ... they then call us to put in the part that they ordered. We only charge customer 70.00 to put in a fan that they know was not working and time to put it in, it was over 1 hour and in the mean time they bought a new refrigerator as they waited for their part that they ordered to come in... We did tell them (as a courtesy) when we have time for free, we like to check refrigerator that had more problems, again check out for free that in this review, they not telling tr
