I contacted the CJS appliance repair man via Service Magic and within about 30 minutes he was in my home, and within about 90 minutes he had stabilized the "situation" with my fridge, diagnosed the problem and ordered parts!

Rob was responsive and a good value. Fixed the trash compactor on the spot and returned a few days later to replace the motor in the dishwasher. Worked around my schedule.
