The owner explained everything to me which I greatly appreciated and kept me up to date on the project. When I came home after working 10 hours to my amazement it was all cleaned up and could sit on my three season porch enjoying ice cold coconut water!

We were looking to extend our laminate into our carpeted family room. They came and measured and gave a fast and fair quote for the labor as we had already purchased all the products needed. Always great communication and got us on the schedule quickly. Outcome was beautiful. Feathered in laminate and canâ t even tell the project was an after thought. Completed 1/4 round as well on baseboards. Very happy with the company and finished product. Would use them again for other projects.

Crandal will come off as charming and a good guy, do not be fooled. When it comes to issues, everything is ?not my issue.? His crew were nice but it was very obvious they had no information or direction. Damage was done and all Crandal would do is deflect, belittle and degrade while demanding payment. Absolutely disrespectful to women. Customer service 101 is definitely needed!

Kelsey, sorry for your feelings. My crew was there twice to correct any issues you had. You told them that you were totally happy with the install. You seem to continue to BLAME us for your husband's incorrect installation of electrical and water lines below a subfloor. I have tried explaining to you the code and how your husband did not follow code. There is no way anyone, including us, can see through a subfloor while installing a nail down floor. I hope you find peace and happiness in learning/knowing the truth. Thank you

we hired CFB to install Vinyl flooring on our main level. Since we had the materials we were able to be scheduled right away. The crew did nice work and were very professional. Crandell was in contact through the whole process. Would hire them again.
