This is probably the worse experience I have been through with any company. Carlos in Mirage, was hired by my home warranty insurance company for a wall oven/micro panel repair. I was told by the insurance company that the CCO Appliance repair would be coming Monday, Mar 17 between 11-2. They gave me his number. I called him, Carlos, and with children in the background, he said NO, not today. Tomorrow March 18. So I waited and cancelled an eye doctor appt that took me months to get because I have already been w/o my oven/micro for 8 days. I waited today, Mar 18, and called him several times during the day. He would be there and had the appt confirmed. 30 min before the end time of 2:00, I called again, he said 25 minutes. After 50 mins, my insurance company called and said he got voice mail. CARLOS of CCO APPLIANCE, should not be on a ONCE well regarded site as HOME ADVISORS. He is a VERY BAD REPRESENTOR of "VETTED" Vendors of H-Adv. .

The electrician was great and fixed the problem

They did a good fix for my clothes washer.

This man and his company are worthless, most horrible experience ever, he is a liar and a cheat and a scammer, AVOID at all costs

If I could give zero stars, I would. He originally came out and had my dryer fixed very quickly. I even gave him a 5 star review on home advisor. My dryer started malfunctioning again, so I called him again. He came out and took my dryer completely apart. It needs a new belt and he needs to order the part, no problem. He came back with a belt that didn't fit! He said the correct belt would be in on Wednesday, it's been a week, still nothing. I called him Monday and he told me that the belt just arrived and he would be here the next day to fix it. Radio silence, he is ignoring my phone calls and text messages. My dryer is in pieces and has been out of service for 3 weeks. I have 5 kids, you can probably imagine the laundry that has stacked up. This guy is a joke! His cheap pricing on your initial fix is a ploy to get you to write him a 5 star review. Use at your own risk.

My refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling overnight when I found a puddle of water where my ice should be. CCO Appliance Repair called within minutes of my placing a request with Angi, said they could be there in an hour. Carlos arrived within the hour and was able to fix my fridge quickly. He was very professional and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely use CCO Appliance Repair in the future.

Good communication from the time the appointment was scheduled. Problem with the refrigerator was quickly identified. Repair took less than an hour. Thanks!
