This guy is the worst. If you like getting ripped off, hire this company. If you like not having your warranty honored, call this guy. I originally hired Carlos because both ice makers on my fridge stopped working. I told Carlos that it seems odd both would stop working at the same time. Plus, my compressor was making noise. He let me know that ice makers go bad and the noise was normal. (It?s not normal. And there was nothing wrong with my ice makers.) So, he replaced both ice makers and said I had a 30 day warranty. Well, the new ice makers never produced ice. After a couple days I called him and let him know the new ice makers don?t work. He said he would come back and replace a sensor. Carlos never came back. After repeated calls and texts, he just wouldn?t respond. I had to hire a different company to fix the problem, which had nothing to do with the ice makers. You?ve been warned.

Carlos came out same day to figure out what was going out with my dishwasher. He discovered the issue right away and came back next day with the needed parts and fixed my dishwasher within a half hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and cost was industry standard.

Our refeigerator was not cooling or freezing so we called Angi Co after another company came out and said we needed a new compressor and coils. We decided to call Angi before purchasing a new one as the cost was extreme. Carlos came out that very day and checked the components. We didn’t need a new compressors or anything the other company was asking. Carlos was so thorough, professional, very informative and prompt in doing his work. Great experience and will definitely recommend Angi to friends and family for their needs. Thank you Carlos for saving us a bunch of money.
