In our initial conversation, Chris chose to say what he believed was better, based on his experience, rather than what he wanted to hear. He could have easily manipulated the conversation but chose to be a straight shooter. Greatly appreciated.

I am an elderly, disabled widow and Chris contacted me through Angi. I talked to him about my situation of needing to replace 20 shingles that had been wind damaged and that I am on SS and could not afford a new roof that they said I needed. After talking to Chris about my financial situation, he suggested that they come do the repairs and then they would measure for a full roof and I could start saving for a full roof and he says do you have 800 and , though baffled I said yes I have that much , and we continued talking a few minutes about the full roof. Long story short here. I had the roof repaired twice before. First man charged me $35.00 to replace 5 shingles, the second man charged me O for replacing 8 shingles. Due to health reasons they were not available. Chris charged me $800.00 for replacing 20 shingles in less than an hour. He was unpleasant and said I paid my men $35 hr., and it did not matter how long they were there. Pathetic!
