Dan was awesome through the entire process! Everything was explained to me and nothing was a surprise. As a woman, that was important to not feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I did not have to worry about that and my roof looks great!

Jeff was the first to contact me and came out within 24 hours. He spent about an hour and used an entire tube of caulk to areas that needed it. I had a very minor leak during heavy rains and there was no obvious issue on the roof. Jeff said I do not need a new roof at this time and he did not charge me at all for the caulking that we hope stops this minor leak. I will definitely use him when I do need a new roof. He answered all my questions and took pictures that he sent to me. I couldn't ask for better service.

The contacted me right away. Came out and gave me the best pricing. Completed the work around my schedule and the weather. After doing a final walk through I discovered a couple broken tiles and they came back out to fix at no charge. Highly recommended.

Company was in a hurry to roof and get out - 1 day. Dismantled the Satellite Dish (took 3 days to get it repaired), left nails all over the front and back yard (we have 2 dogs), left materials outside front fence that we had to remove (company compensated us $150 for the mess left), removed two trim boards from top of porch roof to upper front wall and was never put back - disappeared. I have to have these remade and replaced. Lots of money - - Disappointed.

Dan met us to examine the project. He was courteous, prompt and friendly. One of his men came to our home and replaced flashing and shingles. We have had no more water leaks since. They are a good company to work with.
