Don Butler was very professional and was courteous. He called prior to coming out and was right on time. He removed and moved 2 sets of washer/dryers for me and was careful to protect all contact areas. He is a very hard worker and affordable. I would recommend him highly!!!!!

While the owner was VERY polite and said all the right things, they are NOT the right company to perform make-ready services unless you are prepared to stand over them and tell them EXACTLY what to do each step of the way. I don't think it was a matter of dishonesty, I believe they just didn't know how to perform the service. For instance, we had just finished a LARGE construction job and they kept asking what to do. Clean the remaining floors until they shine! Sweep up the debris! Remove cobwebs! Clean light fixtures! Every surface needed wiping down. Only those who dictated got service.

We showed up with crew of 5 to job site on Monday morning, We, called all weekend she would not answer, She say she had Family Problems the construction site was two week from being complete We work with them while people were moving in an other contractors were still working . stayed till finished tenants were mad that she missed judge Dates that all contractors would be finished. Gave her Free Services extra to try an help her for misjudging Dates.
