I’ve never provided public feedback before, but I feel obligated to compliment this company. They did honest work in delivering a quality patio cover with real customer service. From the knowledge and accessibility of their salesman to the last installer driving gutter screws, they were professional, communicative, courteous and eager to make sure I was happy. They were not the cheapest, but I have no regret’s because the process and final product exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

Starting with Dave Buschur and everyone involved in this project, they were very easy and professional to work with!! Buschurs removed an old screened-in patio and replaced it with a beautiful new three Season room. This required them to demolish the old room and remove the old concrete and replace it with new concrete. We also had additional concrete work done with the addition of a nice patio. Jake and the crew that installed the room were very professional and answered every question that we had. I'm a retired engineer and can tell you that this room was very well-engineered and the installation was spot on. Within the last couple of weeks we had carpet installed and the electrical installation was completed this week and was done to our specifications!! I would highly recommend this company for any Home Improvement project that you may have in your future!!

Responsive to calls and requests for information. Initial evaluation gave us some options for the pergola. When I was unsure about installation options, they were very helpful giving me the pros and cons of each choice.

Dave Paxton was my point of contact. He was attentive to my requests and ably explained the construction material and security (window and door) features. I was able to select from six building options and two colors; dimensions were to my request. Mr Paxton handled legal notification to city of an addition to my house (city inspector came out twice to verify). Construction was in three stages: laying concrete, actual walls and ceiling, and finally the electricity; the first and last were done by sub-contractors. In each case, the work was thoroughly and professionally done. Construction included electrical outlets (inside plus one outside) and ceiling fan with lights (but not heating or A/C, per my request; floor tile is separate). I’ve enjoyed the room for two months now; I have not noted any problems. The windows easily slide open and lock securely; indeed, having locking door and windows enhances the security of my home. I am quite happy with the sunroom and am happy to recommend Buschurs Home Improvement Center, Inc.

We recently had a sunroom put on our home by Buschurs. We had the pleasure of working with David Spence, the sales rep, throughout the project. He answered all our questions and kept us apprised of the progress of the project. The concrete contractor, Greg, did a great job laying the foundation for the sunroom, and his crew did a great job and cleaned up well after the job. They were a great team. Jake and Justin put the sunroom up for us, and were always busy and professional. They were very polite, hard workers with a great work ethic and also did a great job cleaning up after the job. I would (and in fact, already have, recommend Buschurs to friends and family. They make a quality product lead by a great sales team and created by an outstanding group of installers.

The sales representative, Dave Paxton, was incredible. When he arrived, he immediately greeted us with a hand shake and a smile. He gave us exactly what we wanted in styles. He even had his own recommendations. The install crew was very prompt and courteous. The foreman of the job had permission to use our driveway. He noticed a small leak under his truck before he left the shop. When he arrived at my home, he also noticed we had new concrete driveway. He left his truck in the street so as not to leak on it. Not only a very professional thing to do, but also considerate. They were so quiet, I almost forgot they were there. If, should I say when, we decide to make another home improvement, Buschers will be the first company we call.

There was no pressure to buy. The sales presentation was very professsional and friendly. The installation went smoothly. The installers were personable and professional. They were extremely punctual and were non disruptive when working.
