Daniel is always friendly and professional. He thoroughly explains what he’s doing in and around our home.

I was extremely happy with Joshua. He did an awesome job of explaining what he was going to do and told me that if I saw any other bugs to please call for a comeback service. He made sure I understood that if they come back, it’s a no charge to me. He also made sure to let me know that he did walk up my gate so that my dogs would not get out.

Danny came out before and is always great. He texted yesterday to let me know he would be out today. He showed up on time in the blistering cold weather and checked all my bait traps, and sprayed the perimeter. He is very personable and explained everything that was done.

Danny was professional and had a likeable personality from the moment I opened the door and began interacting with him. He was on time arriving. He spoke with me about my concerns. He made sure to treat my home thoroughly for spiders and ants. He sprayed my entire yard making sure the solution penetrated through my tall grass. He took initiative to clean any cobwebs that he noticed and put down sticky traps. I just felt like he went above and beyond. I'm used to someone putting a few squirts in the cracks and around doors. But Danny sprayed along my baseboards which made me feel like he was making sure that these bugs do not stand a chance. He also made me aware of some of the issues other people have complained of in the area. He wanted to be proactive. Before he left, I told him that I hope it is him that comes to my home in the future. Once you find someone good, I only want to use just them.

Danny did a great job as usual !! He always does what he is supposed to and more. Danny is very thorough and really cares about his job. He’s a valued employee !!!!
