Torrey arrived at our house on schedule. After listening to the problems we had, he explained what he would do to solve them, and then started working. After about two hours of diligent work, he laid out everything that had been done, and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Torrey is very professional, courteous, and seems well-versed in his craft. We have been using Bulwark for over 10 years for our pest issues. One of the reasons, this is the main one, is that they never hesitate to come back for repeat treatments if problems should arise. Since I started using Bulwark 9 months ago, I haven’t had the mice or ant problem like I was having. They placed 7 bait boxes around my house for mice, and I haven’t had an indoor mice problem since. They spray all around the house for spiders and other pests. When I did get ants in the house, they came out and put some goop around the baseboards, that I couldn’t see, but it stopped the ants. I’m on a a yearly plan with a 3 month service, where they replace the bait, and spray again. And they say if I have any problem any time to call and they come out to fix it, no extra charge. All the techs that have come out are all so nice, today Torrey came out and was so great and nice, so informative too. I’m so happy with Bulwark, so glad I went with them for my pest problem.

Jereme Hendricks called ahead to give us an arrival time. Showed up on time today, introduced himself and began the quarterly outdoor treatment and checked the outdoor traps. I mentioned we have seen ants indoors recently and he treated the kitchen and bathroom areas for ants. Suggested we call in two days if the ants are not gone. We have an ongoing contract with Bulwark and we couldn't be happier. They solved a mouse problem make quarterly visits and are always on call if we need them.
