When I moved into my first home I was unfamiliar with having a regular pest control service and Zach Roque clearly explained what to expect and that I am able to reach out to them for additional treatments in between scheduled services as needed. I think this is a great feature that Bulwark offers to help mitigate any pests in the home. Zach is always helpful in helping me identify any unknown pests in the process. Although having to start their day early, he's always friendly and has a smile on his face, he even gives my pets some attention when he has to spray the interior, which I just think is going the extra mile in customer service. I've had a few different technicians through Bulwark but Zach just goes above and beyond in answering any concerns I have and doesn't make me feel like I am taking up his time with questions; I can tell he genuinely wants to help. Can't recommend him enough!

Andrew Mor has been my regular service technician for several months. He always arrives during the specified appointment window, which he confirms the previous evening via text/email, and the day of when he is in route to my address. Upon arrival, Andrew consults with me for any particular concerns I may have, then gets to work promptly. He is always thorough and precise in carrying out his work. He is always courteous, professional, and knowledgable, as well. Andrew is a great representative for Bulwark, and I would recommend him and Bulwark without reservation. 5 STARS!!

Jeff was very polite and helpful. He addressed some specific bug problems I had around my patio furniture and did a thorough job spraying every nook and cranny of the perimeter of my home. He also texted me before arriving and upon leaving.
