Seems they cut some wiiring on my Malibu lighting system. That's not surprising though with the number of stumps they had too remove.

They contacted me quickly to get me a quote. They were almost $100 cheaper than another company. They came out the next day to chop down the tree. Unfortunately, they dropped a large branch on my neighbor's car (which GE payed for and were apologetic) and it took them almost another week to come back out to grind down the stump and remove the large tree base. Overall, they accomplished the job I hired them for but I think it could have been done in a more professional manner.

True, my employee should have been more careful, it was the very top of the tree which was a small branch with height & the wind didn't help either. He asked, if the neighbor could move the 1981 Chevy El Camino to be safe, they couldn't. The dent was small, I paid for the damage Immediately and the owner of the vehicle appreciated the honesty. The Stump grinding a week later is very unusual, but when a company coordinates equipment like a stump grinder you try keep it in rotation, so you don't waste time, and fuel. No portion of the project was paid for till complete. Thank You Ashley for the positive rating, review and understanding. Mike

Mike came out, gave a better-than-expected quote, and was able to complete the work on the spot. He was very professional and did a great job. He was quick and the job was done right. I would definitely recommend GE Tree Service to my neighbors.

When I received a quote, I was told the job could be done that week or the next week. When I called to let them know I wanted the company to do the job, I was told it could be done by the following 2 days (which I thought was great). Four business days went by, nothing was done & I wasn't contacted why there was a delay. When I called on the 4th day, I was told the job would be done the following day. I said if it wasn't, I was going to another company. The job was done, but the shrub trimming didn't look like a professional did it. It looked more like if I did it myself.

We pair up our small jobs or squeeze them in as we can unless there is a customer deadline, which there wasn't . As for the project the customer wanted, it involved very damaged Junipers to be very trimmed way back & cut low below a window. I recommended that they be removed, because of their poor condition & years of neglect, I know from experience, you can't cut them back because they will always look terrible, she didn't care, couldn't afford to remove them, We trimmed them exactly to where she wanted them, after fully informing her of the outcome, Junipers will always look horrible if over cut. My reviews reflect that I do inform & care.
