Iâ ve had an excellent experience with Trevor and Neil. I contacted them in a panic after discovering bedbugs on my mattress, and they came the very next day. They were extremely prompt and arrived right on time. They were very thorough in checking everywhere for traces of the little terrors, but they couldnâ t find anything. Weâ re all hopeful this means I got them very early. They did the first treatment the following day, and they scheduled a secondary treatment for a few weeks from now. I am so impressed with how kind, professional, and comforting they both are. They reassured me throughout the process and even stated theyâ d come back free of charge on the off chance I ever see another one. They also advised me throughout the process on what I need to do (wash and heat dry everything, bag all fabrics, strip my sheets, etc.) and provided aftercare instructions. Iâ m also extremely appreciative of the care and thoughtfulness they showed my dog. As a pet lover, I always worry about things that may hurt my dog, but they advised me to wait for a while for the treatment to dry and even removed his bowls out of the room. I have all my fingers and toes crossed that the bugs are gone!

Trevor and Neil responded immediately to my request and came by to provide a quote the same day. The quote for addressing my ant & spider problem was quite reasonable, so I engaged them. They just came by for the 1 week follow-up and so far, the problem seems solved. Good service and good value, combined with punctuality and good communications. Highly recommended!

They were on time and were very professional did the work we talked about in a professional manner they were done in good time after wards they explained every thing they did and what they found and how they corrected the problem.

Trevor and his brother came to set up our new home initially. They sealed openings around the home to prevent rodent entry, even assisting in sealing the shed with mesh and caulking to prevent general pest entry. Additionally, they removed cobwebs from the exterior and treated both inside and outside for general pests. Their work was incredibly thorough, and the price charged was reasonable. We greatly appreciate their efforts and wholeheartedly recommend them!
