We had a tub/shower converted to a shower. Due to the size of the area, installation was postponed two days falling on a Friday. When Shane arrived he realized that it was a two-day job and advised us he could not come back until the following Wednesday. This was a little bit of an inconvenience but Shane was very apologetic. When we finally used the shower, there was a loud noise coming from the on/off lever. I called the office and the representative was very kind and willing to help. She said she would call me back but when I did not hear back the next day, I called again. She said there would be someone in our area the next day. Sorry I cannot remember the gentleman who came, but he was very professional and fixed the problem. Although there were a few hiccups, everything worked out fine, and we love our shower. I would like to commend Shane for his honesty and expertise. Also, it was always a pleasure dealing with the representatives in the office.

We had nothing but good feelings about the whole process from the design consultant through the 2 women that were the installers. They scheduled the project to be done before we had to leave and Jenny and Jackie showed up on time and did excellent work.

Very pleased with the work that was done. Jeff, Kurt and Ernest were very pleasant and professional. My only issue is a little bit of lack of communication.

I was thoroughly impressed with their work ethic. They cleaned up after the project. I wanted to especially thank Shane and Austin, they were professional and polite and overall nice to work with.

Robert and Devon upgraded the tub area in our guest bathroom. They were efficient, pleasant, considerate, skilled and tidy. The finished product is *pretty as a picture*. The initial contact person at Market of Marion, the sales person, Ricardo Valdes and the office staff are very professional. No negative surprises. Highly recommend!

We had Fairbanks Construction convert a soaking tub into a 42"x60" shower. Devon and Robert did a FANTASTIC job!! They were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Fairbanks Construction.

Devon and Robert were very professional and friendly, skilled, cleaned after themselves and we are very satisfied with the results.
