First time I've ever bought a front door. The sales rep, James B, was very patient and made sure I understood the process. The installers, Jake n Josh were terrific! They were thorough, detailed and answered any questions I had without hesitancy..and..they cleaned up during and after the job was done. I'd definitely hire those two guys again!! WestShoreHome was a pleasure to deal with and a great experience ð THANK YOU WESTSHORE!!!!

Expensive but worth the price. I called in the am and a rep (Jamie) was sent to my home that afternoon. My job was started in less than a month of signing the contract. The actual work took 2 days (we had a bad case of dry-rot and poor insulation in our shower). We had the pleasure of working with Trevor, Taylor, and Ryan. They did a great job and were very professional. I should also note that they give military discounts.

I just had West Shore Home replace my rear 3 panel patio door with a custom 3 panel patio slider. There was a lot of rot behind the cap and under the sill. This was not a band-aid job. The installers showed up on time, assessed the situation, and tackled the project like true professionals. Jacob Mxxxxxxx and Robbie Bxxxxxx made sure to make the necessary repairs to ensure that this door will last a lifetime. Thank you guys for the extra effort and hard work. I am extremely pleased with the results. It was definitely worth every penny! Now it is time for a new deck ð
