My wife and I were under the impression that we were getting stone from talladega Alabama, and it was a man made plastic like product, but overall we are pleased with the end result. It did require a second visit as a solid wall was 2 pieces with a seam and it looked terrible, reached out to the company and they sent the same crew, one of which said some customers like the seam, I find that hard to believe due to the horizontal pattern having lines which do not line up if not one piece, Luckily after reviewing the contract I noted a 3-piece not 4 piece in the contract, company promptly resolved the issue.

These guys were awesome! This was supposed to be a two-day job they completed it in one day. They showed up on time installed all of my windows which turned out beautiful. They were a great crew to work around, they were respectful and considerate of my space. They worked very hard to get the windows installed In a timely fashion I was very surprised when they moved furniture took down and replace the blinds and mostly when they thoroughly cleaned up after the job. I would hire these guys back in a minute! Awesome job!

Fairbanks did an amazing job replacing our shower. Robert and Patrick, our installers, were so professional. We hardly heard any noise, and they were always courteous, explaining everything to us, asking us to inspect the work, and then cleaning up quickly and efficiently. They refinished part of our wall and installed the most perfect, beautiful new shower for us. The company also walked us through every step of the way, following up with phone calls and emails. I highly recommend them for a beautiful, quality job.

Sales person was very knowledgeable. We got to choose everything from the style of shower to the faucet style. They’ve kept us informed on everything.

The office staff kept in touch with us from start to finish. The installers, Devan & Robert, were friendly, courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job changing my ugly bathtub to a beautiful stand up shower with a built in seat. I would highly recommend this company for all of your remodeling jobs.

removed an old steel tub that was pitted and over 40 years old. Installed a shower only to replace the tub/shower combination. They also installed new pipes and drain for the new shower. The removal, installation, and cleanup were flawless. The only issue was that I thought it was quite expensive. I paid $6,500.00.
