I cannot praise Brooks enough as he really came through when I needed him most and quickly. I feel he went above and beyond for my/customer satisfaction. I was not just dealing with pot holes but craters created by someone else on the property. I feel the pricing was very reasonable and I am totally satisfied with their work. I would most definitely use Brooks for future jobs. Definitely recommend as they are good people, honest and fair.

He caught our shed on fire. We lost the shed and itâ s contents. He claims to have insurance but says heâ s not turning it into his insurance company because he doesnâ t want his rates to go up. It took him 10 days to respond to my phone calls and messages. He showed up at my house only after I stopped payment on the check. He still accepts to be paid even though he has not to make any kind of restitution. We lost far more than that in the fire.

I'm quite surprised to read your review given that the fire marshal himself and the documentation he provided state of he could not determine the origin of the fire. we take your situation very seriously and our sympathetic towards the loss of your building and contents. however, we have made attempts to contact you after our initial visit and since that conversation we have not been able to reach you we find it difficult to move forward in any manner when we c
