I hired Dave Villela, owner of Brighton Builders in 2018 to help me rebuild my home in Old Town Park City after a pipe burst destroyed the property. The property required a full gut remodel. The 4 story old town home is historic, the exterior could not be altered; a huge undertaking. Dave managed the process with precision and craftsmanship that exceeded my expectations. He reframed the house from the inside out, redid both decks and reinforced one to accommodate a hot tub, built blackened custom steel beams stairs and kitchen bar that everyone is in awe of plus much more. I can not emphasize enough that without Dave this house would not be the showpiece that it is. Dave's attention to detail is impeccable, catching other contractors' errors before payment so I had some leverage to get them to fix it, saving me thousands of dollars. If you want bespoke high-end work at a reasonable price, and someone who really cares, Brighton is the only game in town.

Dave saved our remodeling project. Baseboards had been removed when tile was installed. I called him on a Friday afternoon, and he arrived at our house in less than 48 hours. He brought all his tools and quickly and expertly completed the job.

He did the work exactly as agreed upon. He came as agreed. He cleaned up after her was done. I would hire him again.

He took on a difficult project (several other contractors were clueless/did not submit a bid) and effected a perfect repair. Highly recommend and would rehire.
