It was a great experience to work with Brian and his son on my outdated patio tile. He answered my call to get a quote and he started the job on the day he said he would. This project presented its challenges, and he went above and beyond helping me make decisions, he has years of experience and you can tell he loves what he does, so I was confident in his recommendations. The results, different from what I had originally planned (tile) but relying on his experience, are so amazing (natural stone) and better than I could have ever expected! He is very talented with his work and has a passion for the work, he has great attention to detail, he was very professional, and kept me posted everyday on his schedule and what time he would be over. He completed the project on the day he said he would. We will be using him in the future for all our tile work!

I created a project on Angi because we needed the tile floor in our laundry room replaced. It was not installed properly years ago, resulting in cracked tiles that can be lifted, creating a tripping hazard. We needed to make sure the contractor could also remove the washer and dryer and replace them upon completion of the job. Also, we wanted a new kitchen backsplash installed. Angi sent our project details to three pros. Brian Ferguson Renovations was one of the pros who contacted us to provide a quote. Brian confirmed we had enough leftover tile from a prior job for the laundry room floor and helped us figure out how much tile was needed for the backsplash. We moved forward with Brian Ferguson Renovations. We cleared the work areas as requested by Brian prior to his arrival. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the project, letting us know arrival dates and times. Brian and his team showed up on time each day and completed the job in 2 days. Brian and his son installed porcelain tile in multiple rooms, closets and bathroom in our basement. Their workmanship is superior! Their time management was excellent, and everything was cleaned daily. Brian texted daily his arrival and departure time. Brian was kind and patient with all my questions, he had the answers. They are wonderful people as well. They do excellent work!

This is our second time working with Brian Ferguson Renovations. We had a water leak and our kitchenette was taken apart by the mitigation company. After issues were resolved we needed our kitchenette put back together. This meant putting back our cabinets, countertop with sink, putting the outlets back in place and try to patch up the floor as best we could with remaining tiles we had. Well, Brian Ferguson Renovations came through. They even were able to do a few minor repairs not even mentioned to actually get the area back to a working area. Care was taken with being careful taking their time to get everything back as best they could with what we had. Clean up was great because I guess they plan out the work area where they don't need to use more work area than needed. When they were finished, clean up was extremely quick Communication was good. They did a excellent job. We will for sure use their services again in the future and would recommend them

I hired Brian Ferguson from Ferguson Custom Tile to renovation our shower tub to walk-in shower. Brian did a fabulous job transforming our bathroom. He is highly reliable and very detailed oriented. We absolutely love it. A huge thanks to Brian and Brian Jr. We'll deserved 5 star.
