I am writing to formally document the issues I experienced during the recent project. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most difficult contractor experiences I?ve had, and I want to be clear about what occurred. Throughout the project, your communication and behavior toward me were extremely unprofessional. You raised your voice at me simply because I insisted that the job be completed correctly before releasing the final payment?an industry?standard expectation. Your behavior was so aggressive that I had to involve my husband on the call for my own comfort and safety. In addition, you attempted to install mismatched tile, placed other jobs in front of mine, and consistently pushed back my completion date. I flip houses regularly and work with contractors often, and I have never had an experience as frustrating or unprofessional as this one. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your services. I initially hired Brian to install floor tiles at my rental property. He helped me personally select tiles that fit both the project’s needs and my budget. Since Brian offers a wide range of renovation services, I also hired him to install the kitchen cabinets for the same house. Brian and his son, Brian Jr., did an awesome job overall and completed the entire project beautifully. Everything looks gorgeous! I greatly appreciate Brian Ferguson for his hard work and will definitely be hiring him again for a bathroom renovation at my primary residence.

Brian & son Brian installed porcelain flooring and a tile backsplash for us. Both installations were expertly done, they were on time, fast, detailed and we were very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them.

We had a crack on our shower floor. We started with re-tile job. But, It turned into a lot bigger job. We have received quotes and recommendations from 3-4 companies. While it was more expensive compared to the other quotes that we received, we decided to hire Brian Ferguson Renovations. He provided all the details in the quote and personally worked on the job with his son. He was very professional explaining each step and providing pictures after each step completed. He arrived on time every day and made sure that bathroom doors were closed to prevent dust traveling to other rooms on the house. He even found tiles matching very close to our existing tiles in the shower walls. The shower floor was done with the right slope towards the drain. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend him.
