Roberto was prompt to come and see the pool and prepare the quote, and timely in getting his team on the ground on the day planned. The team was professional, orderly and did a lot of work in only 3 days. Braz Masonry's quote was extremelly reasonable and he even connected me with a terrific pool service professions. Thank you!!

I typically do not deal with contractors as I do the majority of my home construction projects myself. Main reason for this is that I do not trust contractors and I feel there is the element of not getting the value for the money paid. Here's where Braz Masonry impressed me the most. Pool replastering is not something I would/could take on myself and therefore needed to get bids from different companies. Braz Masonry offered the best price and I decided to go with them, not only for the price but because I just got a good vibe from Roberto the owner. I was a little worried because I thought that, because of the lower quote, I would get hit with hidden extras to make up for the underbid estimate. The opposite actually happened. There was an unforeseen issue with my coping and there was an opportunity for him to make some extra money as I was already well into the project. Instead, I believed I got an extremely reasonable quote for this extra where I don’t think Roberto made any extra money and just about covered the cost for paying the labor for his crew. That is where I was impressed the most. An honest contractor is someone I would go with again and also recommend to others. Thanks for making me feel comfortable with the job, knowing that I received good work at a very fair price. Also, the crews that worked on the job were very pleasant and hardworking despite the heat they were working in. They didn’t mind me nitpicking about certain things and were very respectful. A final note, the job was delayed a bit because Roberto was backlogged with other jobs. This was due to an unusual amount of unforeseen rain and the inability to do work on those days. Roberto took getting the job done seriously and worked out what he could to make sure it was not overly delayed.

Roberto and his crew were amazing, they came on time,he is very honest and a man of his words.They transformed our pool better than when it was new.He always accomodated all our needs without any arguments.I would recommend him for any pool work or renovations anytime. I can not say enough about Braz Masonry Pools Roberto and leo. This company truly took great care of us. They explained everything, were always there?s for texts and calls, really treated us like people, not piggy banks. They were totally hands-on for the entire project. I felt totally comfortable having them all around my house where my wife and kids were. They are total professionals and really great people. The owner, Roberto, is an excellent person. When he says heâ s going to start the project, the project starts. The workers are there every day until the project is finished weather permitting. They did an excellent job. doing a complete renovation of my Sylvan pool. I couldnâ t be happier with a result. Any problems or issues that come up are dealt with a professional and appropriate manner. I enjoyed having his workers at the house and I will say that when they are there, they work and, they work until theyâ re finished for the day. I highly recommend this company.
