Braz Masonry did a fantastic job with our pool. They came highly recommended and I can see why. The crew was here everyday on time and got right to work. The tiling job was perfect, as well as the plastering and power washing. The team was courteous and knowledgeable and Roberto was terrific to work with. Braz Masonryâ s prices are very fair. A-plus company.

We moved into a house with a custom gunite pool about 10 yrs ago and at that time it needed some resurfacing work. We finally got around to doing it this fall and by then it needed minor crack repair, a full replaster and retiling (it's a 40x20 foot pool with attached spa). I talked to our pool company and the only guys they could refer me to were out of PA, b/c all their good local contacts retired. Braz was one of the few local contractors that specialize in pool replastering and once I had a chance to talk with Roberto about the job, I could tell he has a lot of experience and he was very professional. We ended up going with him and it was the best choice we could have made. I didn't put a lot of stock in all the 5 star reviews b/c I know they can be gamed, but BELIEVE THEM (not sure what happened with the 1 star review lady, but I'm pretty sure there's at least one other side to that story..) Fair price, on time, did pro work, and was cool to deal with. They banged it out in about 3 days and the pool now looks brand new. Great experience. Thanks Roberto!

Looking for a competent, reliable, and honest contractor to renovate my pool was stressful and time consuming. I canâ t recommend Braz Masonry highly enough and have absolutely no reservations in doing so. Roberto responded quickly to my call and patiently went over options, relative costs, and specific techniques to be used, which decreased any anxiety I had about the job. The quote was reasonable and less than others I had received. The work was started when promised and continued with no breaks except for a three day rainy period. The application of the tiles and plaster was precise with great attention to detail. The work area was cleared every day and Roberto was onsite frequently. There was no upselling like I had experienced with other companies and most importantly I didn't feel as if I had to monitor every step of the process. It was a real pleasure working with Roberto who is an engaging, accessible and likable contractor.

Braz Masonry replastering my pool several weeks ago and did a fantastic job. Roberto and his team of professionals did exactly what they said and on the exact schedule, they said. I can honestly say in my experience of hiring companies to do work or repairs, the Braz Masonry team is second to none. Roberto Thank You for being a Do What I Say, Businessman. That is almost unheard of these days.

Stay away from this guy. I have no idea how there are positive reviews. They deleted their google after my review. We hired Roberto to remove a previous job and replace it with new pavers. The previous job was done by someone I should have never hired, but I wanted to save money. We did not want to make the same mistake and thought we found a good place in Braz Masonry. Hiring Roberto did not come cheap, $13,927 to be exact. The job was done in October of 2021. When they finished, there was cement all over the border of the pool. Roberto sent his guys to clean it. I contacted Roberto after 6 months. I told him that I noticed that the job was really lacking sand. I also sent him a picture of the cement crumbles under the coping. I also told him that there was mud coming up where he put the drain and that it needed to be fixed. Roberto sent his guys to come and put more sand. When they left I told Roberto that it was still lacking sand and I might as well do it myself, in which he replied *a bag is only $7* I told him the cement was still all around the pool. He laughed at me, ended up hanging up on me. I threatened a google review and he started texting saying *I have a family you know* and *I will send my guys* His guys show up, he calls me, and I am not home. He tells me that his guys said everything was clean and they did not know what I was talking about and that he would come by the following week to discuss. Little did they know, I have a camera. They were at my house for 90 minutes - I have the video Roberto sent me pictures when they left as if they came and went. Oh and by the way, Roberto never saw the finished job in person even though I asked him to come so I could show him. His response is that he trusts his guys and does not need to come see it in person. I also have synthetic grass. The grass installer came to secure the border where the pavers meet the grass. He called me outside to show me that there was not any edging and that normally when they install the grass, there is edging to hold the pavers in place. He took pictures for me because he did not want the paver guys to blame him for anything. I called Roberto all nervous that there was not any edging. I was told that without edging, pavers will spread and sink. He told me he could not do the edging because we have fake grass, meanwhile, it was the grass guy who told me I needed edging. Then Roberto said he can come do edging, but I will need to pay extra for it. So Roberto wants me to pay to secure his paver job. He has tried to make it seem like I am the crazy one, but the proof is in the pictures. The pavers are spreading and sinking in certain areas. There are still tons of cracks with little to no sand. He does not want to hear it. He told me not to call him anymore. I know this review is long, but people need to know. I did not even include all of the issues. Do not hire this guy. I feel he is thief and a liar.

I would highly recommend Roberto and his team of Braz Masonry without hesitation. Once our inground pool was ready for a pool deck, Roberto called and showed up on time to go over options and pricing. As we were a bit indecisive with our options, Roberto patiently worked with us and gave us great suggestions, took measurements, and explained pricing. We ultimately went with stamped concrete. His team showed up within a week to start excavating and setting up forms. Roberto remained on site primarily overseeing his team which wasn’t necessary. His team worked hard from start to finish and I felt they took pride in their work and really paid attention to detail. Definitely a 5 star company. If you need masonry work, give them a call, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again Roberto and Braz Masonry.

Roberto and his crew are very professional and were a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to make the job perfect. They were able to complete our job which was replacing our deterioting concrete and slate deck with pavers. They were able to save the current liner which no other pool company said could be done since we needed to replace the track for the new paver coping. Their quote was very fair and never increased and included all materials, labor, demolition, install and cleanup. Would gladly work with them again and highly recommend them for your pool project.
