I hired Michael Boyer to replace my old deck in Newberry, FL. He responded quickly and scheduled a visit within a few days. During his visit he listened to my requests and made intelligent suggestions to improve upon the existing design. Due to a gap in his schedule, he was able to start immediately once I chose his quote. It only took him 4 days to demolish and haul away the old deck and build the new one from the ground up after levelling the job site. I was impressed from Day 1 with his work ethic and his attention to detail. It was very important to him to do the job right. No detail was too small and he didn’t hesitate to ask for my preference on anything that he was unsure about. He used extra concrete in the holes of the support poles to make sure they will be sturdy in high winds. He maintained a clean work area and left my yard as he found it. Michael did an amazing job. He is a perfectionist. While doing a renovation, you will almost surely come across unanticipated issues and problems once you begin. Michael and his crew would always address each situation by fixing each always the correct way, and not the fast or quick get it done and move on to the next part of the job way. They were meticulous in their solutions and work. We could not be happier with the results. Their pricing is fair with a lot of value added knowledge, as he has been doing this for over 30 years.

Michael and his crew took our house from a worn-out 1990’s tract house to a beautiful, custom home. They did an amazing job, with great attention detail, that included: a complete kitchen & bath remodel, new flooring, paint, lighting, crown molding, etc. throughout the entire home. They went above and beyond for the entire project and kept us informed throughout the process. We loved the inside so much that we had them come back this year and complete the outdoor areas – kitchen, bath & shower. Boyer Construction delivers an exceptional product and we could not be more pleased!!
